Florida International University’s PRSSA attends Leadership Rally 2011 In Scottsdale Arizona

The PRSSA leadership Rally was designed to provide leaders of perspective chapters with tools to achieve their goals. More importantly it gave the opportunity to voice concerns and issues that may occurring with the PRSSA chapter that perhaps others are facing as well. As one of the speakers put it “Some leaders are born naturally. Some require artificial insemination.”-Kristen Jarnagin If anything, the goal was to understand that we are each others support system and are job is to lead our team to success not just manage it. After all managers do things right, but leaders do the right thing.
